  • 1 Medium Onion (diced)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14 oz can)

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning

  3. Add the browned ground beef, potatoes, carrots, and onions to your slow cooker.
  4. In a mixing bowl, stir together the diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and minced garlic until well mixed.
  5. Pour the tomato mixture over the meat and vegetables in the crock pot.
  6. Cover with a lid. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  7. Once cooked, ladle into bowls while warm. Enjoy your comforting Crock Pot Poor Man’s Stew!
