  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for crisping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut fish fillets into strips about 1 inch wide and 3 inches long.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with seasoned breadcrumbs.
