  • 16 ounces rotini pasta
  • 32 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, garlic, Cajun seasoning, and spices. Sear until golden brown (6-8 minutes), then remove from skillet.
