  • 1 pound short pasta
  • 2 cups grilled or roasted corn
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • Fresh herbs (chives, basil, cilantro)
  • Spices (smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper)
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil, garlic, chives, salt, pepper, and crumbled cheese until smooth.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente; drain and combine with the dressing while hot.

  4. For the chili butter: melt butter in a skillet and stir in spices; cook for one minute.
