  • 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream (at room temp)
  • 1 oz. packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt/Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then whisk in cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and ranch seasoning until combined.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet with the sauce and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
