  • 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 16 oz Colby jack cheese
  • 8 oz Gouda cheese
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 6 cups heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • Optional: 4 oz cream cheese
  • Seasonings: salt, chicken bouillon, onion powder, ground mustard, white pepper, adobo

  2. Cook macaroni according to the package instructions; add chicken bouillon to the boiling water for extra flavor.
  3. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter and slowly whisk in the heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Gradually add half of the shredded cheeses into the sauce until fully melted. Incorporate cream cheese if desired and season accordingly.
  5. Combine cooked noodles with the sauce and any remaining cheese chunks for added texture.
  6. Layer half of the noodle mixture into a baking dish, top with sauce and shredded cheese, then add the rest of the noodles and finish with more cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F until bubbly and golden brown on top; broil briefly if needed.
