  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • Optional: 1/4 cup Kalamata olives

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season cubed chicken with smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked (7-10 minutes).
