  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (freshly grated)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange-flavored candy coating or white chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; mix in orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange juice. Let cool for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Refrigerate the ganache for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop ganache into 1-inch balls and roll between palms; place on the baking sheet.
  4. Chill truffles for another 30 minutes.
  5. Melt candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Dip each truffle into the coating and return to the baking sheet. Garnish with extra orange zest if desired.
