Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (or fresh cranberries, finely chopped & sweetened)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in dried cranberries and chopped chives.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry and spread the filling evenly over it. Roll tightly into a log.
  3. Slice the log into approximately 16 equal rounds. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place pinwheel slices cut-side up on the baking sheet. Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with optional Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Serve garnished with extra chives.
