Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat half of the butter over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing well to coat in the sauce; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Nestle sliced chicken on top of the pasta mixture and serve warm.
