  • 1 cup diced onion
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs
  • ⅓ cup broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, bread crumbs, broth, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and tomato paste. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, mix ketchup and vinegar in a small bowl.
  5. Spread the topping over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
