Ingredients

  • Saltine crackers
  • Unsalted butter
  • Brown sugar
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Granulated sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter and brown sugar, stirring until it reaches a boil.
  4. Pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the crackers and bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven, immediately sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over the hot toffee.
  6. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle this mixture over melted chocolate.
