  • 300 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer chicken to a plate.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute), then add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet; mix well with sauce. Add cooked pasta and toss gently to coat.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the pasta; stir until melted and creamy.
