  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over low heat, cook Turkey bacon
    until crisp. Set aside and chop once cooled.
  2. Season sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Sear in reserved Turkey bacon
    drippings over medium-high heat until golden; then cube.
  3. Cook rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; sauté garlic until fragrant. Gradually whisk in flour, then slowly add half and half until smooth. Mix in ranch seasoning and cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Combine cooked pasta and chicken with the sauce; toss to coat evenly. Garnish with chopped Turkey bacon
    before serving warm.
