  • 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 10 oz vegan marshmallows
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground star anise
  • 1 tbsp powdered earl grey tea

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all chai spice mix ingredients in a spice grinder or food processor and blend until finely ground.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add Rice Krispie cereal.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in chai spice mix and vegan marshmallows until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and mix well to coat evenly.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish using a spatula.
