Caesar Chicken with Asparagus is a delightful one-pan meal that brings together tender chicken breasts and fresh asparagus, all enveloped in a creamy Caesar dressing. This dish is perfect for any occasion—from busy weeknights to gatherings with friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional, depending on dressing saltiness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt as needed.
  3. Arrange the chicken in the prepared dish and place asparagus around it.
  4. Spread Caesar dressing over the chicken and sprinkle with ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (reserve ¼ cup).
  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, add remaining Parmesan on top, and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and asparagus is tender.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
