  • 250g mascarpone
  • 250g low-fat quark
  • 200g whipping cream
  • 100ml water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 40g sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and dice the apples. Cook them in a pot with water, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, quark, and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Layer half of the cream in six dessert glasses, followed by half of the apple mixture. Repeat with remaining layers.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
