  • 5 1/3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 very ripe bananas (mashed)
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon fruit juice

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
