Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until mixed well. Press into the bottom of a baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese in another bowl using an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing well after each addition. Add eggs one at a time, blending until fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and mashed bananas until smooth. Sprinkle banana pudding mix over the mixture, gently folding in until combined.
  4. Pour filling over the cooled crust evenly and bake for about 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  5. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
