  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • ¾ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in mashed bananas.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and top with chopped peanuts. Bake for about 50 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  4. Cool completely at room temperature. Drizzle with caramel sauce and chill for at least four hours before serving.
