  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3 oz dark chocolate bar (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch in a bowl; set aside.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream unsalted butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients on low speed until just mixed.
  5. Gently fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and chopped dark chocolate.
