  • 56 cherry tomatoes (quartered)

  • sesame seeds
  • salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  • optional: lemon juice or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in water for 7 minutes for a jammy yolk. Cool in cold water before peeling.
  2. Mash or slice the avocado into a serving bowl; season lightly with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
