  • 1 cup Cold Butter
  • 1/2 cup Grated Apple
  • 1 cup Chilled Buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and spices.
  3. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in grated apples and chilled buttermilk until just combined.
