  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce (optional toppings like pickles)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Coat each piece of chicken in flour, dip it in egg, then coat with panko.
